The breakfast food was great, my room had useful amenities like an electric kettle, mini-fridge, and air conditioning, and the location was convenient.

The pool seems to require better maintenance as one reviewer noticed murky water, which may deter some guests from swimming.

The location of Concept Hotel Langkawi was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to seafood restaurants and a convenience store. The staff, especially Ika, were friendly and accommodating to our requests. We also enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable beds. The pool being just a few steps away from our room was a bonus, especially for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

That the pool water seemed to be muddish in color and should have been cleaned more regularly.
